good! now let's buy tickets!

Hi all-

We've tallied the votes from here and from the Yahoo group, and we're ready to go. The Philadelphia line party will be at the Bridge for the 9:40pm showing. We'll be meeting before the show at Philly Diner (6:00pm) for dinner and socializing. Hope to see you all there!

Now, the good stuff. We'll going in person to buy tickets on Friday morning at 10am. That means if you want a ticket (or two, or three, or n), you'll need to email me (twilightsorcery at livejournal dot com) by 9:30am with the following information:

  1. Your first name, and the first letter of your last name if you have a rather common first one. If your first name is Jebediah, I think we can safely do without the last name.

  2. How many tickets you want

  3. If you will be attending the pre-show dinner, and, if so, how many people you'll be bringing

  4. The email address(es) I should expect to be receiving Paypal payments from (if different from the one you're using to send me this)

  5. Anything else we need to know (special needs, desired stuff to do while standing in line, etc)

You'll also need to set up a payment through Paypal--the Bridge charges $10 for each ticket, and I can only afford to buy tickets for people who actually pay me. Sorry if it sounds harsh, but I can't wait at the theater for cash. I'm a poor college student, and while I may love the fandom, I won't lend it money. If for some reason you really, really can't use PayPal, email me by Thursday and we'll work something out.

I know some of you guys were interested in a midnight showing. Unfortunately, the theater at King of Prussia has closed their midnight showing (presumably in an attempt to be in compliance with Warner Brothers), but we found two other theaters. There won't be any organized line party, but we figure it's only polite to pass on the news.

Riverview has one screen for the midnight showing:

UA Riverview Plaza
Stadium 17
1400 s. Columbus Blvd.
Philadelphia, PA 19147

And Meshaminy has four:

AMC Meshaminy
3900 Rockhill Dr.
Number 660
Bensalem, PA 19020

That's it, folks! Hope to see you on Friday.
